Shift Lead (Engineer)

Summary of the role

You’ll supervise a production shift team (operators and technicians) to hit daily output targets safely and efficiently, driving discipline, coaching, and performance while tracking key KPIs like OEE, downtime, waste, and quality defects.

What you’ll be doing

• Shift leadership & execution: lead operators/technicians, coordinate schedules and RM readiness with Planning/Warehouse, and deliver daily production targets with strong discipline.
• Line performance & troubleshooting: monitor line efficiency and quality, resolve equipment/ process issues fast, and minimize downtime, waste, and shortfalls.
• KPI tracking & reporting: track OEE, machine utilization, volume, overtime spend, downtime, yield, waste and defects, and drive corrective actions.
