- Ownership of Injection Molding Unit efficiency targets, through immediate problem response and resolution with team and IM Lead.
- Drives OEE performance by maximizing value added time, ensure standard work processes (all tasks).
- Ensure targets for volume, manufacturing efficiency (ME) waste reduction, product quality, Clean Inspect Lube (CIL), defect handling and adherence to system processes are consistently achieved. Monitor inventory levels in the shift and assist in inventory counts as per need.
- Supports performance management process (performance boards, updates & discussions). Conduct shift handovers, team briefings, and performance conversations.
- Developing high performing work teams, covering absenteeism, rotating in for training activities and encouraging cross functional capabilities.
