Position Mission: The mission of the Shift Leader is to ensure that all safety and quality standards are met while leading and coaching the team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities Include:
+ Ensure safety and quality standards are met consistently.
+ Verify that team members are washing hands correctly and adhering to standards.
+ Complete food safety checklists regularly.
+ Coach team members through conflicts and be a role model.
