Role and Responsibilities


· Provide excellent guest service!· Lead by example! Prove the value and importance of Zoup!isms in fostering our culture.· Front of House(FOH) first! Keep the dining room and all guest service areas clean.· Properly assign Team Member positions to optimize speed and service. · Manage employee productivity. Assign side work and cleaning tasks when business slows down.· Hold Team Members accountable for the policies in the Team Member & Manager Handbook.· Help manage labor costs. When business is slow, find opportunities to send Team members home or on break.· Maintain Zoup! uniform standards· Complete Prep/Temp logs and cleaning lists· Be Compulsive about cleanliness and Food Safety.· Maintain stok levels of all packaging, plasticware and desserts.· Prepare the next shift for success.· Follow cash management and all cash procedures.· Manage and maintain the quality of all products.· Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.· ...
