Job Description

What we are looking for

  • Experience from customer‑facing roles within tourism, hospitality, transport or similar shift‑based operations.
  • Ability to lead and support a small team, give clear instructions and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • German language skills are a strong plus; Norwegian and other languages are an advantage.
  • Service‑mindful, solution‑oriented and comfortable making quick, practical decisions on site.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work shifts, including weekends and peak‑season periods.

Reporting line

The Shift Leader reports to the Destination Coordinator for daily operations and to the Operations Manager for broader operational matters.
