We are looking for a professional who can lead a team of engineers across the shift, coordinate planned and reactive tasks, and maintain effective control of contractors, administration and compliance documentation.
This role is critical to ensuring maximum resilience of power and cooling infrastructure across the data centre.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of three engineers to deliver all shift duties and operational requirements Allocate work across the shift and coordinate priorities with the Deputy Shift Lead Complete PPMs and reactive maintenance to required standards Monitor, maintain and fault-diagnose M&E assets to maximise operational reliability Oversee subcontractor activity and project works on site Manage Help Desk requests and ensure prompt, effective responses Ensure all works follow approved Method Statements, Risk Assessments and s...
