Shift Leader

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is now hiring high-energy Shift Leaders for our quick-service location at 13448 Aurora Avenue North in Seattle. These employees will work various service positions in the restaurant, such as cashier or counter person, and oversee closing shifts several nights per week (shifts will include evenings and weekends).

The pay will include an hourly wage between $22.50 and $24.00 plus a share of the tips provided by our generous guests. For those who perform well and demonstrate the desire to take on additional responsibility, this opportunity could quickly lead to a pay raise and promotion to Assistant Manager.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and must have at least one year of restaurant experience, an outgoing personality, availability on nights and weekends, and a strong work ethic.
