M&E Shift Leader - FM Service Provider - Iconic Building - London (City) - Up to £60,000
Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for an M&E Shift Leader to work on a prestigious contract in London. You will provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial, occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service. You will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance works to Electrical, HVAC plant and associated equipment. The successful candidate will be Electrically or Mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working as part of a small shift team you will be required to liaise with clients, other service partners and contract support functions throughout the business via telephone and email, therefore excellent communication and computer operation skill...
