Job Summary:

Shift Leader (SL) includes responsibilities of upper management at the service center but is primarily responsible for managing service times and customer throughput as well as monitoring and enforcement of policies and procedures. Operates as the Assistant Store  Manager in his or her absence and the Store Manager for short periods when necessary.

  • Willingness to complete, or completion of, the JLI Certified Advanced Management course.  
  • Exceptional time management skills are essential including the ability to plan, organize, schedule, direct and coordinate.
