SHIFT MANAGER

We are seeking for a Shift Manager to oversee our restaurant partners and ensure smooth operations. This position includes monitoring schedules, opening, and closing of the store, shift handovers, checking the production area for readiness, ensuring product quality and availability, monitoring production flow, and leading the kitchen staff to achieve high‑quality products while staying within budget. You will be reviewing daily store performance, handling store funds, and implementing cash control procedures to prevent errors. Additionally, you should have the ability to maintain positive employee relationships and promote teamwork among restaurant partners. You will also act as a mentor to ensure service and product quality standards are met.
