Shift Managers are the voice behind the brand. They ensure they manage their People Equipment and Product daily to get the customers outstanding Quality Service and Cleanliness.

Shift Manager starting rate $16.00 when certified / already certified
+ Starting rate with McDonald's certification $16.00
+ Development plans start at $13-$14 depending on previous experience and usually complete in 3-6months depending on foundation. At that point you move to $16.00.. All details would be given in a written contract.
+ 2 Weeks vacation at one year anniversary accrued 1 week / 6 months.
+ 8 Hrs Birthday Pay on your birthday
+ Education through Archways to Opportunity including opportunities to earn a High School degree, college tuition assistance and English classes as a second language
+ Medical, dental and vision...
