The Shift Manager is self-motivated and actively engaged with the restaurant’s employees and demonstrates care, respect, leadership and passion for restaurant’s guests, crew and managers. This candidate provides oversight of restaurant operations throughout their shift, looking for ways to create feel good moments for guests and team members. The role of the shift manager includes leading shifts in accordance with McDonald’s shift management requirements, health department regulations, and RHJOC policies and procedures to deliver gold standard quality, service, cleanliness and value that our customers expect. The Shift Manager is responsible for leading and coaching their restaurant team to ensure our customers receive safe, hot, and great tasting food in a timely matter.
