Full-Time, Onsite Position

Location: 77 Trails End Road, Eureka, Montana 59917

As a Shift Manager, you will lead a team of Mentors and Shift Leads within your assigned house, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for our students. This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication skills, and a heart for service. You will manage scheduling, safety, staff development, and the overall atmosphere and upkeep of your residential home.

  • Supervise and support Mentors and Shift Leads.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
  • Provide regular performance evaluations and disciplinary guidance as needed.
