Shift Manager - General's Lechon

Overview

The Shift Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and supervising the operations of a section of the store to ensure that it is operating in accordance with operating standards and that the quality, cleanliness and service are not compressed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor, organize, control and supervise the store operations during assigned shift or of station assigned. May be assigned to handle the opening or closing of the store after hours.

SALES

• Ensure all items in the store are priced properly.
• Promote New Products with advertising, daily specials, suggestive selling, etc.
• Ensure to meet daily and monthly sales target.

IQSC

• Ensure all areas of the cafe both inside and outside, are kept clean, free of dirt and clutter and monitors that proper cleaning procedure and materials are used to maintain a food service clean environment.
