Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor and ensure consistent service standards
