Shift Manager – Fast Food Restaurant (NOC 62020)

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Hire food service staff.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
• Languages: English.

Remuneration & Working Hours

• Wage: $18.60 per hour.
• Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
• Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time.
