Production Shift Manager – Food Manufacturing
Newly created opportunity to oversee manufacturing operations on evening shift. This pivotal role involves managing production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met consistently. Working in a highly automated plant and overseeing 6-8 shift operatives you will have the following responsibilities:
The Role:
* Ensure production meets food safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
* Resolve issues quickly to minimise downtime.
* Train and support team members in safety, hygiene, and production processes.
* Drive daily targets and promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
* Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Despatch teams.
Requirements:
* 2 years+ Supervisory experience in food manufacturing. (Essential)
* High attention to detail and commitment to food safety. (Essential)
