We are currently looking to recruit a Night Shfit Manager at our Bakery at Millerdale working 48 hours per week, Night shift (6pm - 6am), 4 on 4 off.


The Role:
The role of the Shift Manager exists to provide effective frontline management for site across Production, Packing and Warehouse.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner in compliance with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.

  • To ensure that all Company and customer quality procedures are complied with to deliver the highest possible standard of product to meet our customers’ expectations

  • To ensure that the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping are maintained across the whole facility.

  • To act as the initial point of contact for all issues within the designated units across all department on nights.
