Operational Efficiency

  • Ensure optimum plant capacity utilization.
  • Critically review and analyze reasons for various Plant performance.
  • Check critical parameters of the operations & report non-conformance.
  • Support in timely and smooth start up of the plant.
  • Troubleshooting support for uninterrupted production.

Continuous Improvement And Project Support

  • Identify and evaluate the energy conservation schemes to reduce cost optimum Energy Consumption with proper operation of plant.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and de-bottlenecking the critical areas.
  • Impart training on various technical subjects
  • Initiating and sustaining best industrial practices.

System Management

  • Review audit reports and plan for improvement
  • Monitor processes for accident free operations/ Maintenance and compliance of all safety requirements as stipulated by the Factories Act & environment related statutory requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to safety norms & safe operational procedures.
  • Support plant teams to attend emergencies during silent hours.
  • Critical decision making during 2nd and 3rd shifts.
  • Work permit issuance for critical maintenance work during shift hours.
