Our Founder, Dave Thomas, had 3 rules for everyone:

We know that you are already practicing the first two rules- we just need to teach you the third! If you are cool with that, then keep reading!

We do not cut corners, as you can tell by our square burger patties. With that being said, we expect that your natural friendliness shines through, you're able to handle a quick-paced work environment, you support store management in achieving store objectives, you assist in assigning, directing, and following-up on activities of crew members, and that you love Wendy's just as much as we do!
