Job Description

As a Shift Manager, you’ll support the restaurant’s day-to-day operations and help create a positive and productive environment. You'll coach team members, ensure food safety, and drive service excellence on your shift.

Responsibilities:

•        Supervise and support team members during your shift

•        Ensure guest satisfaction through high standards of service and quality

•        Handle shift-related paperwork, cash handling, and deposits

•        Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

•        Train and coach team members

•        Monitor shift performance and communicate with leadership

Qualifications:

•        6+ months of QSR or retail experience 

•        Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and fairness

•        Dependable and self-motivated

•        ServSafe certification is a plus
