Plumber – M13 – £40,000–£44,000
Location: South of Manchester
Salary: £40,000–£44,000
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Plumber to join our team on a static commercial site based in the South of Manchester. This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, covering both days and nights, and offers excellent benefits, training, and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on plumbing and water systems
*
Attending to reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdowns
*
Working on hot & cold water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, and associated plant
*
Supporting water hygiene tasks where required (L8 awareness)
*
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
