Job Description
**Essential Functions:**
+ Lead by example in modeling the safety behaviors and attitude expected by Amentum.
+ Ensure employees comply with EHS policies and requirements by frequently visually verifying compliance. Immediately engage employees not in compliance.
+ Participate in injury management, incident investigation, cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
+ Recognize employees for their work contributions regularly through informal and formal recognition.
+ Responsible for the supervision of the Processing and Warehouse operation by ensuring policies and site/Program procedures are followed.
+ Plan and assign duties for personnel in each function and ensure fulfillment of production schedules in all areas.
+ Perform all department supervisor’s functions in concert with, and in the absence of, the Plant Manager.
