About The Role

The Shift Supervisor is a key on-site leader responsible for the day-to-day execution of work, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. The role directly manages crew performance and serves as the primary link between the site workforce and the Superintendent, upholding Destec’s core values of Act with Integrity, Work Together, and Keep Improving. In this role you will be responsible in leading a team of multidisciplined personnel including mechanical fitters, boilermaker, electricians and operators.
