Job Description Job Description A great Baltic company is looking for a Shift Supervisor Job Title: Shift Supervisor Production / Compound Mixing Shifts Available: 1st or 3rd Shift Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee general laborers and production laborers working as compound mixers in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring safety and productivity, and supporting the production team on the floor. Factory supervisory experience is absolutely required.
