Shift Supervisor (Days)

Position Overview: The Shift Supervisor will oversee assigned people and processes to help ensure safety, productivity and customer requirements are met within operations of one of the following departments: RMPC, Furnace, or Refinery while on shift. Raw Materials Processing Center (RMPC) Department receives spent automotive/industrial batteries and breaks them down into raw material components. RMPC processes the materials including de-sulfurization to provide lead to the Furnace Department in a safe and environmentally compliant manner. RMPC also manages wastewater treatment for the facility. The Furnace Department receives newly separated lead from batteries, melts the material in our furnaces, and casts into molds before continuing to the Refining Department to ensure client specifications are met.
