Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days 07:00am-19:00pm.
Salary: £34,680 per annum + £2000 4ON 4OFF allowance per annum.
Key Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor:
Assist the Shift Manager in delivering the warehouse operation, and supporting with responding to any operational issues within the warehouse. Scheduling and supervising the activities and the functions of the warehouse staff. Ensuring the proper and timely completion of all warehouse activities. Take ownership for disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases within the shift. Support the delivery of communication briefings so that all colleagues have been briefed and informed.
