Responsibilities include:

  • Plans, directs, and coordinates assigned shift activities across the plant requiring a thorough knowledge of techniques, processes, procedures, etc., for major fitting and welding or assembly and machining operations of the most complex nature.

  • Resolves unusual or complex problems and keeps other supervisory personnel informed at all times of unusual situations, potential difficulties and other facts which should be brought to their attention.
