Shift Pattern: 

  • Monday-Friday 05:30am-13:30pm and 13:30pm-21:30pm on a weekly rotation. 

    • Salary: 

  • £30,693 basic per annum.

    • Your job duties will include but not limited to the below.

  • We are looking for a supervisor who can run a busy shift managing multiple workers across various workstreams.
  • The candidate will be responsible for most HR aspects, attendance, managing performance, briefing the team, reacting to the dynamics of the operation and knowing where to position people to hit targets.
  • Ideally this person will have been a supervisor/shift manager or a senior team leader.
  • Provide training for new and existing Staff to achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Supporting the Shift Supervisor to achieve timely and efficient receipt, pallet build, put away and despatch of stock.
