Job Description

Cardinal CG is currently seeking a Production Shift Supervisor at our Northfield MN Location. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising one of the most advanced technical coating lines with a team made up of Process Control Technicians, Utilities, and Glass Handlers. as well as executing the shifts production schedule, ensuring that it is within the specifications set forth by the customer and Cardinal Glass.

Responsibilities

  • Promote continuous process improvement throughout the facility.

  • Report production related information regarding yields, efficiencies, and other metrics to management.

  • Train team members on rules and regulations, safety, and standard operating procedures.

  • Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure efficient production flow.
