Shift Supervisor

Description: The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating and facilitating an environment focused on guest relations. Manages employees effectively according to company policies, procedures and guidelines. Delivers food during peak hours of operation. Responsible for start-up of equipment and processes (opening shift) and shut down of shift (closing shift). Manages cash flow throughout shift, makes deposits to safe and bank utilizing cash deposit procedures. Responsible for administrative paperwork to include reports, inventory and ordering as necessary. Promotes company initiatives and is responsive to guest needs in a positive, friendly manner. Additional responsibilities will include working with outside vendors and sales programs.
