Shift Supervisor

Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Supervisor at Lift Cafe, located in Quezon City. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations, managing team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will monitor staff performance, handle schedules, address customer concerns, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
