Shift Supervisor - Heathrow
Salary: £60,000 per year
Hours:
Day Shift Supervisor: Monday-Friday, 06:00 - 17:00
Night Shift Supervisor: Monday-Friday, 17:00 - 04:00We are recruiting two experienced Shift Supervisors - one for days and one for nights, to take charge of recycling operations at a fast-paced, high-volume processing site. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for keeping the site running safely, efficiently, and to target. Applicants must have waste management experience
You'll lead and motivate your team, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and ensure smooth production throughout your shift. Working closely with management and fellow supervisors, you'll play a key role in driving performance and continuous improvement.
