Shift Supervisor

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us as Shift Supervisors (PIC) at our Jimmy John’s location. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly, our team works together seamlessly, and customers receive top-notch service.

Competitive Pay

Start your training at $14.50/hour ($16.50+ with tips), and once you’re fully trained and able to run your own shift, your base pay will increase to $15/hour ($17+ with tips). This store pools its in-shop tips, and historically, crew members earn an additional $2-$3 per hour through tips. As you grow in the role, you'll also receive performance-based raises, increasing your pay as you gain more experience and take on more responsibility within the company.
