Shift Supervisor

Shift:  4ON 4OFF Nights - 18:00pm-06:00am 

Salary:  £34,753 per annum + £2,000 per annum Nights Allowance. 

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the warehouse team and supporting the Shift Managers in meeting the safety and operational requirements.

Key Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Assist the Shift Manager in delivering the warehouse operation, and supporting with responding to any operational issues within the warehouse.
• Scheduling and supervising the activities and the functions of the warehouse staff.
• Ensuring the proper and timely completion of all warehouse activities.
• Take ownership for disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases within the shift.
• Support the delivery of communication briefings so that all colleagues have been briefed and informed.
