Job Description

About the Role:

  • Report to team leader and respond to helpdesk call within response time and update user.
  • Create helpdesk case ID and update work closure to team leader, engineer and manager.
  • Alert Person-in-charge (PIC) for Building Management System, Fire Alarm System & M&E system alarm.
  • Attend to preventive maintenance for ACMV, electrical, mechanical and fire protection system.
  • Attend to breakdown maintenance like water flooding, Pipe burst, Power trips, Air con breakdown etc
  • Update lift status through email and whatsapp during daily inspection walkthrough.
  • Record and analysis electrical, BTU and water consumption behaviour and update in excel sheet accurately
  • Alert Person-in-charge & team leader for unusual consumption data (increase or decrease in usage)
  • Able to read and understand M&E drawings to conduct investigation on site.
  • Response to builder work repair for door handle, door closer and related work etc.
  • Conduct cleanroom, lab & office walkthrough inspection attending to defect works.
  • Attend to ad-hoc works assigned by Team Leader, Technical Executive, Engineer and Managers.
  • Generate accurate preliminary incident report to team leaders and engineers while on duty.
  • Email and update client, user and stakeholder for M&E, lift for system breakdown maintenance.
  • Generate incident report for breakdown maintenance while on shift duty.
  • Email and update work done to team leader and supervisors.

Others

Reasonably align with team leader for work assignment and deployment.
Good discipline and report work on time
Covering for Store Assistant and Audio Visual when required.

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • NITEC and fresh graduates are welcome
