About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer  with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Golang  to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong system design capabilities, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver robust and efficient backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot , and Golang .
• Lead and contribute to system design  and architecture discussions  for new and existing services.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code  adhering to industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and DevOps  to deliver complete features.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability .
• Conduct code reviews , ensure high-quality code standards, and mentor junior engineers  when required.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks  with innovative and scalable solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and quickly adapt  to new business domains and codebases.
• Contribute to improving development processes , automation , and CI/CD pipelines .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot)  and Golang (Go) .
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture , RESTful APIs , and distributed systems .
• Experience in system design , scalability , and performance optimization .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Docker , Kubernetes , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
