We have an exciting opportunity for Shipfitters in Norfolk,VA with one of our Clients in the Ship Repair Industry.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Class
 
Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of Fitting experience
  • Must pass tack test
  • Technical training preferred
  • Knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and instruments associated with the Fitting trade
  • Must be able to work effectively with others
  • Comprehend blueprints, sketches, and templates.
  • Enter and move through manholes to reach and work internally confined spaces
  • Must take & pass tack weld test
