We are looking for a Shipping Admin & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to external requests, including customers, partners, carriers, and internal teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for shipment status updates, inquiries, and documentation follow-ups.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, import/export paperwork, customs forms, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
- Maintain organized physical and digital shipment files.
Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues.
