We are looking for a Shipping Admin & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

  • Respond promptly and professionally to external requests, including customers, partners, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for shipment status updates, inquiries, and documentation follow-ups.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, import/export paperwork, customs forms, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital shipment files.

Shipment Coordination

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments.
  • Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues.
