Ensure efficient export activities and accountability for company resources as a Shipping Assistant in a hybrid work setup.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform logistics and shipping activities as planned.
  • Coordinate with supply chain supervisor for documentation and filing requirements.
  • Ensure correctness and timeliness of processing and release of all third-party documents.
  • Monitor and prepare documents for export shipments.
  • Prepare pertinent reports on shipping.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduate of BS Business Administration or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Background in logistics/shipping activities is an advantage but not required.
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of MS applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
