Ensure efficient export activities and accountability for company resources as a Shipping Assistant in a hybrid work setup.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform logistics and shipping activities as planned.
- Coordinate with supply chain supervisor for documentation and filing requirements.
- Ensure correctness and timeliness of processing and release of all third-party documents.
- Monitor and prepare documents for export shipments.
- Prepare pertinent reports on shipping.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Graduate of BS Business Administration or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Background in logistics/shipping activities is an advantage but not required.
- Tech savvy with knowledge of MS applications such as Word and Excel.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
