Job Description
Shipping Admin is responsible for coordinating; administrating and managing outbound shipments of our products to customers in North America, ensuring orders are processed per company's procedures as well as our customer's Vendor Compliance requirements. The Clerk must work closely with Sales and Warehouse.
Requirements:
MUST have experience with World ship and FedEx. Prior experience in logistics coordination is a must.Excellent comprehension ability to understand and execute all requirements (routing, labeling, documentation) of the Vendor Compliance documentations from various Major US Retailers.Highly organized, detailed oriented and self-motivated.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Excellent time-management skills.
