Job Description

We are seeking a Production Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day assembly activities, production sprint setup, and quality coordination within our Milpitas facility. This position focuses on assembly and production flow, bridging communication between engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to maintain consistent throughput during the current product revision cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain production sprint checklists; verify component readiness before assembly.
  • Train across assembly tasks for all product lines to assist as a go-to operator on the line.
  • Coordinate with supply-chain and quality engineering counterparts to confirm correct parts and revisions.
  • Manage Tulip workflows, maintain BOM accuracy, and track KPIs for reporting to the engineering team.
