Responsibilities

  • Custom Form Declaration @ ALDEC platform.
  • To do Pre-Advise for Export and Import Shipments in Port Portal online
  • Handling email from customers there and then, reply instantly on the requirements.
  • Custom Forms draft should be sent by email to customers for checking and confirmation received need to proceed for declaration.
  • To Co-ordinate with agent for clearance.
  • Job file creating and documents to be kept inside Job files in order.
  • Job completed to be summarized and passed to Billing department for Billing.
  • Other Ad-hoc jobs will be explained in person at the time of Interview
