Job Description

• Ensure compliance to LMW rules and regulations, legal regulations and company policies.
• Update the exemption list, renewal of all the LMW related licenses.
• Ensure all the monthly, yearly report are submitted on time.
• Develop logistical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans.
• Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.
• Provide the best shipping solutions to meet customer needs
• Drive on the cost saving plan.
• Assist on the new product, new business application.
• Ensure that the forwarders billing is correct.
• Shipping documents are kept based on the retention period.
• Forwarders performance evaluation.
• Monitoring shipping schedule, ensure on time delivery.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.
