Job Title: Shipping Intern
Reporting: Warehouse Supervisor
Is responsible for:
- _ Update shipment files on a daily basis_
- _ Support to AMAT shipping plan._
- _ Create DN, invoices and waybills._
- _The functions listed above are illustrative, but not limiting._
Education and professional knowledge:
- _ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or similar field._
Functional, technical and individual competences required:
- _Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel)_
- _ Advanced English_
- _ Good interpersonal skills for teamwork_
- _ Collaboration and communication skills to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively and efficiently_
- _ Decision-making for optimal problem resolution_
- _ Strong leadership to ensure compliance with operational goals_
- _ Design and management of efficient and sustainable processes_
- _ Corporate environmental and social responsibility_
