Our Client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Packaging and Shipping Operator to join their team in Mullingar. The successful candidate will be responsible for packaging and shipping customer orders according to work instructions and procedures, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Weigh, package, and label products in the cleanroom based on customer orders Ship customer orders both domestically and internationally, working with specified carriers and freight forwarders Prepare shipment documentation for international orders, collaborating closely with the CSR team Ensure shipping orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, following work instructions, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with shipping companies to schedule pick-ups and customer deliveries as needed Track shipments to prevent customs delays and temperature excursions Communicate with customers via email to provide required paperwo...
