ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.
Safety Follow all Plant Safety Rules and Regulations Utilize proper PPE at all times Handle and dispose of hazardous material safely and per policy as outlined by all relevant regulations Quality Responsible to produce continuous quality parts and ensure all quality procedures are followed Compliance to ISO 9001 Complete Manufacturing/Quality documents Communicate with internally concerning deviations or general request Assist in 6s and lean manufacturing practices Environmental Verify compliance to local, state, and federal regulations Complete reports as necessary internally/externally Primary Production Responsibilities Independently operate machines, equipment, and produce production parts to required tolerances Read and comprehend customer specification sheets; anticipate the next order and stage supplies/products as needed Utilize Company systems for reporting production, scrap, inven...
