Job Summary:
Performs a variety of activities and serves as a subject matter expert ensuring the company supply chain fully complies with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and all other local, national and international regulatory requirements.
Principal Responsibilities:
Monitors shipments subject to security regulations, both domestic and international, to ensure continual adherence to recordkeeping, reporting, tolling, and expiration requirements.Maintains records required for exports of ITAR hardware, technical data, and defense services including management of jurisdiction determinations and internal correspondence.Performs license determinations, applies license exceptions and exemptions and files for licenses when applicable.Provides reports to support business financial decisions and demonstrates compliance to security regulations.Conducts ne...
