POSITION SUMMARY

Provide support to the Kitting area through the movement of material from one area to another.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect all forklifts at beginning of shift and complete necessary check lists, maintain file for future reference or inspections.
  • Stage and remove materials for Kitting operators at beginning of shift and throughout shift as needed.
  • Assist Kitting operators as needed to meet rush shipment deadlines
  • Inspect plastic and wooden pallets. Dispose of/repair pallets as necessary
  • Transport finished materials from finishing area and stage for packing area.
    • Ensure proper signoff on lot summary cards prior to transport of finished materials
